L'Enfant qui Mesurait le Monde

The Pod Generation

Sophie Barthes wrote and directed The Pod Generation. The movie stars Emilia Clarke and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Rachel and Alvy, a married couple in the near future who struggle with how much technology to let into their lives. Specifically, they disagree on the use of detachable, artificial wombs for Rachel’s pregnancy, something that’s all the rage but which comes with significant ethical questions. 

Superluna

An earthquake hits a small town. There are no casualties, but the whole community is forced to flee their homes. As the adults struggle to find balance in precarious times, Viola, a ten-year-old girl, imagines the earthquake as a friend who forces her to stay outside with the others, discovering the world of adulthood, friendship and a so-far unexplored nature.

Myth

On a beacon in a flooded area, nine-year-old Phlox and her three brothers are waiting for the water to subside. During one of their attempts to reach higher ground, things go wrong and the water drives the siblings apart. With the passing of tides, and spring tide approaching, Phlox must find a way to soften the harsh reality. 

Vesper

Vesper is a science fiction film directed by Kristina Buožytė and Bruno Samper, starring Raffiella Chapman, Eddie Marsan, Rosie McEwen and Richard Brake. Set in a bleak post-apocalyptic Earth, it follows a 13-year old girl named Vesper, skilled in bio-hacking. After the collapse of Earth's ecosystem, Vesper, struggling to survive with her Father, must use her wits, strength, and bio-hacking abilities to fight for the future.

No Dogs or Italians Allowed

"No Dogs or Italians Allowed" is an animation film directed by Alain Ughetto, a film of testimony, but above all, a film of love. No Dogs or Italians Allowed won the European Animated Feature Film Award 2022, The Annecy Jury Award 2022, and The Annecy Gan Foundation Award. 

 

Houria

Annette opened the 74th edition of the Cannes Film Festival and Leos Carax won the award for Best Director! Starring Marion Cottilard, Adam Driver and Simon Helberg in the leading roles. We are proud to have collaborated on this wonderful project!

Animals, directed by Nabil Ben Yadir, premiered at the Ghent Film Festival and was in competition at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. Based on the true story of a young gay muslim man who suffered a brutal attack in 2012, a violent chronicle of Belgium's first official homophobic murder.

Beyond the stars

A film about death and grieving, created with children, for children. Beyond the Stars is a short documentary for children in which certain questions and ideas they might have about death are discussed with a much older generation, for whom death doesn’t seem so far away. Through this dialogue, the film creates a safe space in which kids can find answers to questions about sensitive issues such as grief and physical loss.
